Bide Awhile is proud to provide a food bank for pet owners in need. Bide Awhile has been providing pet food and supplies for persons in need for many years but scaled this resource up in January 2014.
To access the Pet Food Pantry at Bide Awhile, please call during business hours. Proof of low income or a valid student ID is required for those using the program. We are able to provide a two week supply of food to individuals once per month.
This program is fully operated through community donations and through the generous support of a District 5 Capital Grant in 2024.
Donations of food are always beneficial and may be dropped off at the shelter during business hours or by appointment. Any type of food or supplies will be accepted.
