Handsome, opinionated, and never afraid to speak his mind – Rolo is a cat who knows what he likes, and he has no problem telling you when he’s had enough.

With his striking colouring and big personality, Rolo is sure to catch your eye. But this guy is more than just a pretty face. He’s confident, chatty, playful, and loves interactive play and having conversations with his people.

Rolo also has very clear boundaries. He can be quick to become overstimulated and may react when he feels uncomfortable or when those boundaries aren’t respected. Because of this, he’s looking for an experienced, cat-savvy adopter who understands feline body language and is comfortable giving him space when he asks for it.

Rolo needs to be the only pet in the home and cannot live with children. He’s looking for someone who appreciates that not every cat wants constant handling or attention – and who will let him set the pace when it comes to affection.

He may have an attitude, but that’s part of what makes Rolo, Rolo. When you understand his signals and respect his boundaries, you’ll get to enjoy his playful side, his hilarious conversations, and all the personality packed into this very handsome boy.

We know Rolo’s perfect home will be a little more specific than most. But we’re not looking for just any home for him – we’re looking for the right one.

Rolo is currently on calming medication to help manage his stress while in a shelter environment.
